For the fastest download of each show, when it asks, "Do you want to Open or Save this file?" choose SAVE. When it asks, Save in: We suggest you choose: Desktop, then SAVE. 

TO PLAY the PP SHOW: After it is saved to your desktop, the PP show Icon(s) should appear on your desktop screen. Either double LEFT click, or RIGHT click on the Icon and select SHOW to see it.

If it does not SHOW, you may need to download and install (a two step process) the free Power Point Viewer from Microsoft. Click on the Microsoft link at the end of this paragraph; choose "Download, Save, Desktop." Then, double click on Microsoft PP Viewer Desktop Icon to Install it. Power Point Shows should play freely for you thereafter. To download the free "PowerPoint Viewer 2007" from Microsoft, click on this Microsoft link: Microsoft Link

Then double left click on the Power Point show on your Desktop. If it still doesn't show, you may need to OPEN the Power Point Viewer you just downloaded and installed. It should be on your Desktop. From within the Viewer Program, find the Power Point Show (from where you saved it, for example on your desktop) and double left click on it.

TO MAKE CD COPIES with both shows: RIGHT click on each of the PP Show Desktop Icons and seperately SEND TO: your CD drive to make more copies.
